The symbiosis of the best ARABICA varieties creates this extraordinary blend, in which all of the aromas of the various coffees can be tasted in turn. During the roasting phase, the sucrose in the beans of this 100% Arabica coffee melt and develop colours due to caramelisation, giving the toasted beans an unmistakable hue. The balance of this extremely delicate phase allows deregulation of the reactions of the beans, to obtain a coffee whose extraordinary flavours are complete and balanced.
